Partner FAQ
Can my clients see what margin I earn?
No. Your margin is built into the wholesale pricing and is never visible to your clients. They see only the price you set. This applies to both Reseller and White-Label tiers.
Is there a minimum number of clients to maintain partner status?
No minimums for Referral Partners. Reseller Partners need at least 3 active clients within the first year. White-Label Partners need at least 5 active clients.
How are commissions paid?
Referral commissions are paid monthly via ACH or wire transfer, 30 days after the referred client's payment clears. Reseller and White-Label margins are built into your wholesale pricing — you collect payment from your clients directly.
Can I resell to any vertical?
Yes. All partner tiers can sell across all five Nexuvo engines: associations, nonprofits, HOAs, chambers, and clubs. No vertical restrictions.
What happens if a client wants to switch from my reseller account to direct?
We respect the partner relationship. Clients acquired through a partner stay with that partner unless both parties agree to a transition. We never poach partner clients.
Do partners get access to the API?
Yes. All partners get API access for integrations. White-Label Partners also get webhook events for client lifecycle management and a dedicated engineering liaison.
